Darci is a licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to work with others to promote balance and improve their overall quality of life. She utilizes her experience to provide a safe, trusting environment as a way to provide opportunity for growth, exploration and self-awareness. With a gentle approach, she focuses on ways to challenge individuals to be the best versions of themselves and uses a strengths perspective to help others develop a healthy relationship within themselves and others. Darci works collaboratively with others to develop goals, identify dysfunctional patterns and problem-solve on how to work towards their desired outcome. She completed her bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies at Mercyhurst University and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh specializing in direct practice in mental health. Darci has been in the field since 2008 and her well rounded experience shines while working with children, adolescence, couples and families. She has clinical supervision experience along with direct clinical work in a variety of settings which include schools, outpatient services, hospitals, in-home family based mental health and family focused solution based services. Darci is certified in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy and has specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She takes an interest in working with people on issues such as depression, ADHD, anxiety disorders, marital and family issues, stress management, grief/loss, difficult relationships, parenting and trauma.
