Kate Silvester earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miami University in 2022 and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University in 2024. She has experience working with clients of varying ages, who are experiencing a variety of mental health symptoms. Kate utilizes evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Emotion-Focused therapy. She prioritizes providing clients with a safe, collaborative, and encouraging environment to best assist them with meeting their goals and navigating life’s ups and downs.
