Troy Brindle, MSW, LCSW, DCH, brings a wealth of experience, clinical skill, and heartfelt compassion to individuals seeking support and transformation. A Rutgers University graduate, licensed social worker (1995) and a licensed clinical social worker since 2002, Troy has been a trusted guide for adolescents, adults, couples, families, and older adults (ages 17-99) helping them navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope.

Troy’s clinical approach is deeply rooted in a relational, person centered, and evidence-based treatment approach that includes, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Behavior Activation, Solution-Focused Therapy, Exposure Response Treatment, Trauma Work, Hypnotherapy, and Guided Imagery. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience treating co-occurring disorders that involve both medical complexities and psychiatric disorders.
