Troy L. Brindle, LCSW currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Phoenix Behavioral Health located in Ewing, New Jersey. Previously, Troy was Co-Owner & Vice-President for Springfield Psychological, helping the company grow to the largest outpatient practice in Pennsylvania as well as the largest integrated behavioral health group practice. The practice was sold to Refresh Mental Health in 2019. Troy is an MSW graduate of Rutgers University (1995) and has been an LCSW since 2002. He lives in Havertown, PA with his wife Suzanne ( Teacher) and two daughters Brianna (19) and Kyra (17).
He is experienced in working with individuals, couples, and family therapy treating adults 20 years and older. He specializes in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma, and self injurious behaviors. He utilizes a person-centered approach and incorporates evidence-based treatments such as CBT, MBSR, MI, ERP, and ACT.
