Jennie (she/her/hers) graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Capital University and her masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Licensed Social Worker who has 7 years of experience and an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. Jennie works with individuals who are going through challenging life experiences, and who want to increase their self-awareness and challenge unhelpful patterns. She has experience working with individuals dealing with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and schizoaffective disorder.
Jennie also has experience working with individuals who are facing chronic and or terminal illness, individuals who are experiencing profound loss, and individuals with religious trauma. Jennie believes in meeting people where they are and combining a humanistic approach with evidence-based practices. She understands that every person has unique perspectives and lived experiences and is dedicated to meeting everyone who works with her with both humility and acceptance. In her spare time Jennie enjoys reading, building Legos, cross-stitching, and fishing.
