Dr. Jessica Case is a licensed psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate degree at Brockport – State University of New York and continued her education at Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit, earning her master’s degree in child psychology and doctoral degree in school/clinical psychology. While completing her graduate work at Duquesne, Dr. Case has gained experience in the private practice setting, where she has conducted interviews, administered psychological assessments, developed comprehensive treatment plans, and provided individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Case also has previous experience working in the school setting, administering assessments and interventions, providing consultation, and creating comprehensive education plans to promote student success. In all aspects of her work, she makes every attempt to bridge clinical practice and empirical research, while also considering the client’s unique needs. Jessica utilizes evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), expressive therapies, as well as mindfulness-based approaches. Jessica strives to meet clients where they are and build a trusting and collaborative relationship that serves to align the client with their desired goals.
