Kelly is a post-doctoral psychology fellow at CBI. She earned a Master of Science degree in Child Psychology (M.S.Ed.) and her doctorate in school psychology (Psy.D.) at Duquesne University. She completed her pre-doctral psychology internship at CBI where she conducted intake interviews, administered psychological evaluations, developed comprehensive treatment plans, and provided individual counseling to children and adults. She also has previous experience working within the school setting, administering assessments and interventions, providing consultation, and creating comprehensive education plans to promote student success. Kelly utilizes evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP). In all facets of her work, she examines individual factors to generate a rich conceptualization of each client so as to best align a child’s and family’s needs with clinical practice and empirical research.
