Hey there, folks! I'm Rosa, your friendly neighborhood email and Zoom buddy for the past 4 years. Formerly rocking it as a Patient Care Coordinator, I've now ventured into the world of Provider Specialist with zest and zeal. Back in the day, I delved into the realms of accounting and marketing, so yeah, I've got some serious knowledge stashed away there. Before I jumped into the exciting world of CBI, I was crunching numbers as an accountant at a local school. Surrounded by energetic kids, it was definitely a fun and lively atmosphere. Armed with my shiny new accounts degree, I was all set to rock the accounting world. It was a blast while it lasted, but then along came CBI and what a crazy rollercoaster ride it's been ever since! As much as I adore dogs (seriously, who doesn't) sadly, my mom's allergic, so they remain a distant dream. But hey, who needs pets when you've got a stack of good books to dive into, right? Plus, my day is fueled by a copious amount of coffee – call me a certified addict. Catch me cracking book spines at home, snuggled up against my favorite cozy blanket. Let's dive into this new chapter together with a sprinkle of wit and a cup of joe in hand!
