About the Center for Couples & Family
The Center for Couples & Family at Cognitive Behavior Institute offers specialized outpatient services for individuals, couples, and families seeking to improve connection, communication, and emotional well-being. Founded in 2016, the Center was created to address the growing need for high-quality, relationship-focused care that fosters stronger bonds within families and intimate partnerships.
Our mission is to provide expert support using proven, evidence-based models such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). With a team of highly trained clinicians, we partner with clients to create individualized care plans that cultivate understanding, intimacy, and long-term relational health.
